The Vienna Roast is our mid level roast between French and our light Full City roast. We use a blend of Indonesian coffees and South American coffees to ensure a rich smooth profile.
Our high altitude allows us to caramelize the sugars in the Vienna Roast at lower temperatures creating deep rich flavors without the typical bitterness associated with darker roasted coffees.
